Terms of Service

What This Covers

These terms govern your use of aestheticslab.net and set the general terms of coaching with Aesthetics Lab LLC ("Aesthetics Lab", "we", "us"). Clients who enroll in coaching sign a separate Online Coaching Agreement and Liability Waiver. If anything on this page conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to enroll in coaching.

What Coaching Includes

• A personalized exercise program.
• Non-medical nutrition guidance.
• Workout and nutrition tracking.
• A 30-minute Zoom call every two weeks.

A primary coach oversees your strategy, and a support coach may assist with day-to-day implementation. Anything beyond the above requires written agreement between you and Aesthetics Lab.

Call Scheduling

You schedule your own calls using the scheduling link we provide. Calls you do not schedule are forfeited and do not carry over. Missed calls, no-shows, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are also forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or credit.

SMS Messaging

If you provide your phone number and consent to text messages, we send appointment confirmations, reminders, and coaching related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share phone numbers collected for SMS with third parties for marketing purposes.

Not Medical Advice

Aesthetics Lab is not a licensed healthcare provider. We are not physicians, dietitians, physical therapists, or psychologists, and nothing we provide is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. Coaching is educational and informational only.

Before starting coaching or making significant changes to your exercise, diet, or lifestyle, get clearance from a licensed healthcare provider. Tell us about any known health conditions, medications, and injuries so we can account for them, and tell your doctor about your training. If a medical professional's guidance ever conflicts with ours, follow theirs.

Assumption of Risk

Physical training carries real risks, including muscle strains, cardiac events, dehydration, equipment failure, falls, and serious injury. By training, you accept these risks. You remain responsible for your own exercise decisions, including your form, the weights you select, and the intensity you train at.

Payment and Refunds

Coaching is sold in 3-month and 6-month terms, payable in full or in monthly installments, processed through Stripe. The specific fees for your program are set in your signed agreement. Payment is due before services begin for each period, and all payments are non-refundable once services have started for that period.

Reduced monthly rates on multi-month terms are conditioned on completing the full term. If you end a multi-month term early, you forfeit the discount: you owe the difference between the standard monthly rate and the discounted rate for the months already delivered, plus any remaining installments.

If a payment is more than 3 days late, we may pause your service until the account is current. Paused time does not extend your end date.

Termination

Aesthetics Lab may end a coaching relationship at any time with written notice. If we do, you are released from future payments and any prepaid fees for services not yet delivered are refunded on a prorated basis.

No Guaranteed Results

Your results depend on your effort, consistency, adherence, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle. We make no warranties about specific outcomes, and variation in results is not grounds for a refund.

Intellectual Property

Training programs, meal plans, and other coaching materials belong to Aesthetics Lab. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be redistributed, shared, or resold.

Client Photos and Content

We only use progress photos and transformation content publicly with your explicit written consent. Declining has no effect on your coaching.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between you and Aesthetics Lab is resolved by binding individual arbitration under JAMS rules in Santa Clara County, California. Both sides waive the right to bring or participate in class or collective actions. Either party may still go to court to seek injunctive relief to prevent irreparable harm.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law, with venue in Santa Clara County, California.
